Your first hour, in four pages. 01 Getting Started Getting started A short page for new contributors that explains LychD is pre-alpha and helps you choose a first path: verifying the repository on a checkout, or attempting a live Linux host install. read → 02 Map Architecture map of one request Follows one piece of work through LychD from request to result: how a Request picks a Workflow Version, becomes a Job Record run by Workers, draws on models via the Traffic Controller and Stage Manager, and returns for human judgment. read → 03 State of Work What actually works The single ledger of what the current LychD revision can really do, with evidence. Each area of the system gets a status (Available, Partial, Operator validation, Designed) plus its proven subset, limits and links to source and tests. read → 04 Summoning Installation on a Linux host The intended step-by-step procedure to install LychD on one Linux host with an NVIDIA GPU: build from source, create settings and data folders, bind one local llama.cpp model, start the system and get a first reply. read → The Hexanomicon Every chapter, decoded. The same structure as hexanomicon.dev. Pick a chapter, or open any page from the sidebar inside the docs.

Magus You, the Operator The person in charge. Sets things up, watches what happens, says yes or no, fixes mistakes. Vessel Engine Room The single running server process. It receives work, runs it and serves the web UI. Phylactery Memory Vault The database. Anything committed here survives crashes and restarts. Ghouls Workers Background workers that pick up queued jobs and push them forward. Animator Model Runtime Anything that can provide AI power: a local model server or a remote API.
