In plain words: Wellbeing: movement plans

Designed 1 min read 1 glossary terms 4 connected pages
The short version written for the Snayu team

How Wellbeing fits ordinary exercise within the person's time, equipment and limits, and records only confirmed outcomes.

Why read it: Read when building fitness planning or exercise check-ins.
  1. 1Hard limits are checked before preferences; otherwise the plan is infeasible.
  2. 2Pain reports halt automated progression without diagnosing anything.
  3. 3No calorie inference, gait analysis or penalties for missed activity.

The plan called for movement; the day may call for a change. Fitness gives one consenting adult editable choices inside the reviewed profile's time, equipment, enabled mode, hard restrictions, and operator maxima.

In movement mode, wellbeing.plan_cycle@1 checks those limits before considering softer preferences. If they cannot be met, return infeasibility for the MagusYou, the Operator to consider when editing, approving, or rejecting the plan. What happened later is recorded separately: wellbeing.check_in@1 records only confirmed completion, skip, substitution, duration, or reflection. Silence cannot fill in a missing result.

“My knee hurt” remains the operator's testimony and halts automated progression. It does not establish an injury, cause, adherence judgment, or treatment. Fitness does not infer calorie expenditure, analyze gait or form, contact clinicians, share automatically, or punish missed activity. With purpose-specific consent, the exact testimony may enter a Health case as patient-reported evidence. Diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, clinical conditions, biomarkers, medication interactions, and emergencies remain outside this office.
