Insurance Product Knowledge
In plain words: Broker: Insurance product knowledge
How Broker keeps dated, attributable insurance product releases (coverage, exclusions, eligibility, pricing) and makes comparisons that state exactly which offers and criteria were considered.
- 1Refreshing the catalogue creates a new release; old comparisons keep their original reference.
- 2'Best' is not a fact; a comparison must state its offer set, time, criteria and missing facts.
- 3The proof uses a synthetic firm and fake provider, with no live insurer or payment.
Designed Contract and proof plan.
Two eligible offers can be compared only after the office says which offers it considered and when. Broker's catalogue preserves governed business knowledge; a provider page or model answer cannot silently become its newest release.
Begin with an attributable release. It identifies the institution, coverage, exclusions, eligibility, required fields, price or quote method, fees and relationships, source evidence, effective period, jurisdiction, and expiry. A PZP case selects releases represented by the firm and validates the vehicle/client facts those releases require. Record live quotes separately so a temporary price cannot silently rewrite catalogue knowledge.
Refreshing the catalogue creates a successor release. A comparison already pinned to the predecessor keeps that reference and remains reconstructible.
The comparison must also explain its scope. “Best” is not a product fact: state the universe of offers, retrieval time, hard eligibility, criteria, fees/relationships, missing facts, and expiry. The evidence may support “lowest price among these eligible offers under these criteria.” When it cannot, narrow the answer, ask for missing facts, or block the case.
Throughout this work, pages, documents, and quotes remain hostile attributed input. Admitting a product list supplies knowledge to inspect; it conveys no advisory mandate or permission to bind, sign, purchase, or pay.
Proving product knowledge
Give a synthetic Slovak firm a reviewed PZP release and a fake provider. The resulting eligible comparison must retain enough evidence to reconstruct its source universe. Missing facts, ineligibility, expiry, and provider timeout must produce distinguishable outcomes. No live insurer, medical data, payment, signature, or binding enters the proof.
